Can you guess who loves his sister? Ryan is constantly asking to hold her. It is so sweet to see him love on her. He climbs up on the couch and pats his lap, saying, "More baby!" It is just adorable. He helps me burp her, and tries to help me change her diaper. It's great having such wonderful helpers.

What would a Smith baby be without the famous Smith chubby cheeks! I love how she is plumping up, but it makes me a little sad to see her change already. She is just scrumptious.

Shane's civilian job found out that we had a baby and sent gifts to all of our kids. This was Zack's present and what he drew just brought tears to my eyes. Isn't this just precious? Lord, let this time go by fast. And bring my husband home safely, yet living out the calling that You have placed on his life.

Shane sent Tyler an early birthday present, and sometime yesterday when I wasn't looking Tyler took several pictures of himself in his new hat with all kinds of funny and diffrent poses. Click on the picture to see more pics.

Well, I have had several comments and questions about what our daughter's name is. And the reason why I didn't post it was because she didn't have one. But now she does. This is our 5th child, our 2nd daughter, Charlee Ann. Her name means strong and graceful. Shane's middle name is Lee, and I just thought it most appropriate to name her after her daddy. She is so precious. And she is just a dream of a baby.
Thank you Jesus for my family. Bless my children's daddy as he protects our freedom and those abroad. Give us the grace to get through this time, and thank you that you are here in my home and in our lives. Your presence is what is getting us through each moment.

She's a beauty!

Well here she is. I haven't even had time to blog about my trip to see Shane and now I even have more news! Smith baby #5 has joined our family! She came yesterday, Sept. 6 at 5:36 in the afternoon. Weighing in at 6# 10 oz and 19 inches long. She is absolutley beautiful as you can see! I will post more later when I have time. Ha Ha!
